SSJS equivalent of @ThisName

Is there a way to access the name (id) of the current ui component in SSJS? (= SSJS equivalent of @ThisName)
For example, I have an inputText control, with a field validation. In the validation message, I want to refer to the current field name, or use the ID to return getLabelFor(id).
